I already use ChatGPT. Why is this different?
Chat gives you one answer and forgets you. This workshop builds a system: a Project that holds your documents, an SOP that fixes the format, and connectors that reach your real email. A system runs every day. A chat does not.
Why Claude and not ChatGPT?
Three reasons, all on the ₹2,000 plan: Projects hold your company documents and use them automatically, the Gmail, Drive, and Calendar connectors work fully, and Artifacts can become small tools your staff use from a link. ChatGPT gates its best connectors behind costlier plans.
Is it safe to connect my email?
You choose your level, and the workshop teaches all three: a dedicated account that holds only what you share, plain copy-paste with no connection at all, or a full connection. Connecting does not upload your inbox - the AI reads specific mails when you ask, and it can draft but not send.
Do I need any technical background?
No. If you can write an email and attach a file, you can do everything in this workshop.
What do I bring?
A laptop, your Claude login, and digital copies of the documents your business runs on - whatever you want the AI to know. The pre-workshop email walks you through it.
